Delivery & Return

DELIVERY

The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days between the order and the dispatch (this applies from the day of the order made on the site). ​

Shipments are made by post.

Shipping times are approximately 1-3 days, but may be longer during holidays.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of delivery outside Switzerland, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your items, however, if you change your mind for the following reasons : you want a new size, another model, or another color, just place a standard order on the e-shop and send us a return request by email for the item(s) to be returned to us.

Our return policy is 28 days after receipt of your order to make your return. If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please note :
The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn and unwashed.
Any returned non-compliant or damaged item will not be accepted for return.
Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of postage.

Exception of Items whose return is not authorized:
  • Gift cards
Exception of Items whose refund is not authorized:
  • Promotional and/or sale items
They can be taken back or exchanged but will not be refunded, a credit note equal to your order will be offered to you for a next order .

REFUND REQUEST

Any refunds will be made in the original monetary currency
Once the return request has been validated by us, and always within the period indicated above, you will need to send the package by post by Colissimo to the address indicated below :

ATTENTION, if you do not make your return request by email, and do not respect the return procedure, we will not be able to reimburse you.
The risks and costs of return are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund will take place within a maximum period of 14 days following the return of the products.
