All refunds will be made in the original monetary currency when the parcel is sent within 28 days. Once the return request has been validated by us, and always in the previously indicated delay, you will need to send the parcel to the address indicated below:

Once your product received and inspected, we Will send you a confirmation e-mail. Return fees and risks are at the expense of the costumer. The refund will take place in a maximum delay of 14 days following the return of the products.

Delayed or missing repayments (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
